Saluf and Sons

Saluf and Sons is a Yemenite cuisine bar in the Levinski market serving a variety of Yemenite food which is a rare combination with alcohol since most of the authentic places are working class small restaurants and not trendy bars like the Saluf & Sons joint. The bar is designed as a modern oriental bar with lots of Yemenite food, which is mostly dough in various forms. You can find the Saluf which is a flat airy soft pita bread, Jahnun which is a buttery long baked dough and Melawach which is a buttery fried dough, similar a bit to puff pastry. In addition to Yemenite pastries, you will find a variety of soup options, salads, couscous with stew and homemade hummus.
