Mabsuta

Mabsuta is a vegetarian hummus joint with a variety of vegan dishes in a cool small restaurant at the trendy Levinski market. The hummus process making is a bit different than other hummus joints, all made fresh. The hummus is grinded in small portions, made for not more than ten hummus plates and the Pita bread is half baked, completing the baking process before the customer's order. You can find regular plain Hummus, hummus with tahini (Mesabaha) and Hummus with Ful (fava beans stew). Also on the menu, some nice side dishes like the Mujadara (rice and lentils with onion) and vegetarian fried zucchini and potato patties which arrive crispy and hot,
