Habash is an authentic traditional restaurant serving the cultural Ethiopian cuisine in a family restaurant style on the south side of the city.

The Habash restaurant is decorated as an Ethiopian cabin with straw and wood where the customers can dine at large tables and share meals, just like in Ethiopian society life.

The menu is made out of all this delicious kitchen classics, starting first with the national bread called the Injera which is gluten free and high in nutritional values, made out of a grain called Teff.

You can find on the menu a variety of beef, chicken and vegan options, all spiced in the strong aromatic Ethiopian style.

There are also tasting meals for two people in which you can receive a variety of the stews cooked same day.

התפריט מורכב מכל המנות הקלאסיות מהמטבח הטעים הזה, קודם כל הלחם הלאומי שנקרא אינג’ירה שהוא לחם ללא גלוטן ועשיר בערכים תזונתיים העשוי מדגן שנקרא טף.

בתפריט מגוון מנות בשר, עוף וטבעוניות, כולן מתובלות בתבלינים אתיופים חזקים וריחניים.

ישנה גם מנת טעימות לשני אנשים שבה מבחר מהתבשילים שנעשו באותו יום.
