Popina

Popina is a pastoral restaurant which lies in an old house from last century, where the city of Tel-aviv started, surrounded by the green historic neighborhood of Neve Tzedek. The restaurant was founded by the talented chef Orel Kimchi which had gained quite a bit of experience working for the top chefs in France and san sebastian as well and won the best promising chef award from the San Pellegrino organization. Popina is a place to experiment with food, the dominant style is the French cuisine however the culinary creations of the chef crosses all limits and borders, so you can taste non-familiar flavors and textures. The menu is divided into 5 main categories according to the food making technique, such as; Cured, Steamed, baked, Roasted and slow-cooked, it's recommended to try one dish of each category to enjoy the full experience of the restaurant. The restaurant is suitable for events and can accommodate up to 100 people in a private room or in closed event.
