Claro is defined as a Mediterranean restaurant with international influences especially from the Italian and the French kitchens. The restaurant was founded by one of the Top chefs in Israel, Ran Shmueli, which has a long record in the Israeli culinary scene for the last 30 years. Claro is located in the pastoral Sarona area in an impressive authentic templar house which has 3 floors and an elevator. Food is in the highest quality with extreme care for the small details however the presentation is simple and to the point, no fancy shmancy stuff on your plate, just good food. There is a private room suitable for large events at the restaurant, good for small and large groups.
