Hummus Hason

Hummus Hason is one of the small hummus joints which hides just off Florentin on the busy Herzl street and serves good silky hummus . The hummus joint serves Humus with a few toppings, a straight Hummus which is smooth and not of the grainy kind, Mesabaha which is hummus mixed with tahini, it is lighter than the regular hummus plate and you won't feel like taking a nap immediately after it, and a hummus with full which is cooked fava beans dressing. You can also find a good falafel in the place and the best time to visit will probably be on Friday noon when the place gets crowded and the customers actually eat the hummus on the sidewalk.
