Balkan cuisine in a flea market atmospher

HaSoania (translated from Hebrew: The Gypsy) is a Balkan style restaurant taking inspiration from the Bulgarian, Greek, Romanian and Turkish cuisine adopting it a bit to the Jaffa style of Mediterranean cooking.
The owners of the restaurant has a Bulgarian heritage and his grandmother was active in the menu assembling and initial recipes so you can expect a traditional authentic cooking.
You can find on the menu a variety of Balkan food like the famous Mamaliga (Polenta), the Skordalia (Greek potato, garlic and almonds paste), traditional leek patties, Bourik (fried filo with potatoes), Gyros, a variety of seafood and meat.
The atmosphere is always happy as a Balkan joint should be.
