Farook

Farook is a Mediterranean bistro in the heart of the Jaffa flea market serving authentic regional food taking inspiration from the galilee Arab cuisine . The Bistro is serving a wide variety of breakfast options like a green shakshuka (with spinach and goat cheese), red shakshuka (with tomatoes eggs and bell peppers) or a variety of Boureks options. There is a variety of fish options like ceviche fresh from the sea or the fish tartar with herbs and labneh cheese, and a few seafood dishes. The menu is influenced from the Arab-Palestinian cuisine serving a few authentic dishes from these kitchens like the Mesahen (chopped chicken on a Druze pita with spices), the Sinya (ground beef and potatoes), Arais (chopped lamb in a toasted pita) and more.
