Buza

Buza (ice cream in Arabic) is a Galilee style ice cream which is originally from Kibbutz Sasa up north and have a few shops in the northern part of Israel. The ice cream shop is a family business that have been founded on 2012 by one of the family member after studying ice cream making in Italy. What makes this ice cream different from all the rest is first of all the unusual flavor combinations like red wine sorbet or wasabi and apple, mascarpone and cherry, and of course all the classics. The Buza ice cream flavors are kept in special containers and not in the regular display so it will be in the optimal temperature when served There are also tours in the shop and culinary classes.
