The restaurant was founded in 2003, a decade for a resto-bar style place, and ever since it kept a straight line of excellence in food quality and service.
Menu is versatile with many finger food dishes suitable for a bar as well as main courses from the Bugsy's crafted chefs.
The restaurant went Kosher in 2017, a move which was a small earthquake in terms of secular Florentin.
Being the institutes that served a famous cheeseburgers, meat and cheese lasagna and other trademark dishes, going on a kosher menu did not deem the quality, on contrary it enabled more sectors to enjoy the food, now it offers a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian food, in addition to the regular meat dishes.
