Basta

The basta is a seasonal market restaurant which uses a daily menu along with dishes according to the ingredients found the same day. The proximity to the Carmel market along with the chefs international and mediterranean influences creates a diversified and original menu. Prices are not cheap at the Basta mostly because of the quality fresh ingredients used to make the food, especially the local seafood and fish which are brought just a few meters from the restaurant right from the local fishermen.
