Shlomo and Doron

Founded in 1937, Shlomo and Doron Hummus shop seen it all. It's the 3rd generation running the small hummus place, started by the grandfather Shlomo and now operates by Doron. You can expect a big plate of hummus packed with all the toppings, starting from the regular Hummus beans topping, tehina and fava beans (my favorite) and coming to some exclusive ones like the Hummus with shakshuka and mushrooms, one thing is certain, you will not come out hungry. The place is located in one of the small street surrounding the Carmel Market so make sure to ask around because it's not easy to find a small Hummus shop in these narrow streets.
