Hummus Mashawsha

Hummus Mashawsha is a Galilee style hummus located in Pinsker street just a few meters from the busy Bograshov street. The hummus shop offers Mashawsha which is a version of light hummus with tahini so it's lighter than the regular hummus plate with a much airier texture. The place also offers a few more food options like Falafel, fried eggplants and a nice finish for the meal such as coffee and knafe (Arab cheese dessert). The founders of this place are not from the north, in fact they are from Tel-aviv however their Hummus is a true authentic hummus that can compete with the northern Hummus easily.
