Milk Bakery

Milk Bakery is a French patisserie located in the ground floor of the boutique hotel, "The Market House", in the heart of the flea market in Jaffa. The bakery was founded by a renowned pastry chef who completed her studies in France and worked in the most renowned restaurants in Tel-aviv until decided to open her own bakery. You can find on the menu a variety of pastries, the croissants of course, just as in Paris airy and light (and full of butter). There is a variety of French cookies, pies, tarts, cakes and the best homemade jams in Tel-aviv, made from seasonal fresh fruits.
