Lehem Vehaverim (meaning in Hebrew is Bread & friends) is as close as you can get to a French bakery in Tel-aviv, when you’re in this place you immediately feel the French finesse in every detail…as long as you’re in the air condition.

The place was founded by two French Jews that had arrived to Israel for good and missed the French pastries and various signature breads.

The Bakery has an Israeli style breakfast with various eggs and salads as well as a French breakfast such as bread, brioche and croissant with cheese and butter or jam.

The pastry chef had studied in France the art of making breads and pastries so you will feel right at home, especially if you speak French like most of this coffee shop customers.
