Le moulin

Le moulin is a boutique bakery with handmade breads and French pastries with a small coffee shop connected to it which attracts local neighborhood people as well as French tourist and French local inhabitants. The owner and master baker is Moti Haimovitz which had gained quite a reputation in Tel-aviv as the best baguette baker, crispy and crackling on the outside and tender on the inside, this is as close as you can get to the elusive French baguette. The bakery also offers a large variety of sourdough breads, all are baked in the traditional stone oven with the authentic baking methods and no baking flavors supplements. You will find great coffee and amazing sandwiches as well as delicious pastries, it's really all you can ask out of your local coffee shop.
