Hummus Eliyahoo Montefiore is a part of one of the biggest chain of hummus restaurants in Israel with about 30 branches all across the state and two branches in Tel-aviv. This hummus joint serve all the classic hummus options, with dishes like regular hummus which is smooth with a paste like texture, Mesabaha (hummus mixed with tahini), hummus with ful (hummus with a fava beans stew) and the highlight of the place is probably the hummus with shakshuka which is as its name implies shakshuka served on a hummus plate, delicious. The restaurant is easy going with a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful Montefiore neighborhood, very much different than your regular hummus joint.
