The restaurant is serving food in an American diner style with some of the classic diner dishes made vegan style with a lot of creative thinking behind it. You can find on the menu food items like vegan shawarma made out of soy or sloppy joe which is made of black beans, a vegan burger made from mushrooms and soy, or a buckwheat crepe with cashew cheese and many more options.
