A23 is a restaurant and bar placed at the lobby of a boutique hotel (with the same name) located in Arlozorov street and serves quality chef food from the house of the renowned Israeli chef Sabina Waldman which is in charge of many restaurants culinary menu. The place has a spacious outdoor lounge and nice bar, serving all alcoholic drinks, beers and cocktails with a happy hour of 50% of all drinks until 20:00pm.
