It’s a family restaurant, the chefs are Fabrizio and his mother that keeps the heritage of the Jewish Roman food that their family been cooking for the last 10 generations.
Osteria Da Fiorella is a Kosher restaurant and all the menu is vegetarian so you can eat all the Italian dairy classics that are made with love and care for the small details.
The restaurant received the final stamp of excellence when it received the badge of being one of 7 authentic Italian restaurants outside of Italy by the Ospitalita Italiana.
