פלאפל ג’ינה שלבים היא הסניף הדרומי ביותר של רשת הפלאפל המפורסמת בתל אביב, והראשון שהוקם ב -1995.

הפיתה הרכה והעסיסית המיוחדת, הנאפית מדי יום במסעדה ונחשבת לפיתה הטובה ביותר מבין חנויות הפלאפל, והפלאפל הטעים, שהוא פריך מבחוץ ורך מבפנים הנזרק לשמן רק בעת הזמנת הלקוח.

Falafel Gina Shlavim is the most southern branch of the famous falafel Gina chain in Tel-aviv, and the first one to be founded back in 1995.

The branch is serving all the classics Falafel Gina trademarks, the unique soft and chewy Pita which is baked daily in the restaurant and is considered the best pita among the falafel shops, and the delicious falafel which is crunchy  on the outside and soft on the inside, always warms since it’s thrown into the hot oil only upon a customer request.

You can find in addition to falafel a variety of salads, pickles, the shops famous hot sauce and soft drinks.
